Work as advertised, best price. Can't speak to longevity yet.

Thank you for highlighting our product's performance and value! ✨ Rest easy — all filters come with a 3-year warranty ️, so longevity won’t be a concern. We’re here whenever you need us!
This company is in China and is a rip off! Placed an order for the 3G gravity fed filtration system on Saturday, August 2nd and within 5 minutes received an email with 20% off offer “to help me make up my mind”. Shortly after, I received a notification from my Amex card that a foreign transaction from hong kong was approved! I immediately sent an email requesting to cancel, per their policy you must cancel within 24 hours of your order for a full refund. My cancellation request was within 25 minutes of placing the order. On Monday, 2 days Later, they replied back that it’s too late to cancel, the order was processed and item shipped! They offer 10% off to keep the system or they may be able to intercept the package. Emails went back & forth until they tole me on Tuesday that they will cancel & give me a full refund “immediately”. After 8 days of my initial cancellation request, no refund was processed yet. I disputed the charges with Amex and provided a copy of the emails. Glacier fresh has terrible customer service, and is a rip off. Claiming on their website to be North America’s # 1 filtration system! Stay away! It took 2 weeks to get a refund and that’s because I posted a review here!

We are genuinely saddened by this review and the misunderstanding that has occurred. Our brand serves customers globally, with strong operations in both Asia and Europe. To facilitate international payments, our payment institution is based in Hong Kong, which is why the transaction appeared as such. This is a standard practice for global businesses and does not reflect our physical operations. Our products are certified to NSF/ANSI 58, 53, and 42 standards – certifications we hold with verified test reports. While we source components globally, all final assembly and quality assurance for US orders is completed within the United States. Regarding this specific order: The system automatically shipped the package shortly after the order was placed. Upon receiving the cancellation request, we immediately intercepted the shipment and processed a full refund on the same day we confirmed the interception. The delay in the refund appearing was due to standard bank processing times, which can take 5-10 business days. The refund was fully completed by us promptly. We truly regret this experience and the frustration it caused. We sent multiple emails apologizing and explaining the situation, but unfortunately did not receive a further response. We are proud of our products and our commitment to customer satisfaction. This situation appears to have been a perfect storm of automated shipping and financial processing timelines. We sincerely wish we could have resolved it more smoothly for you.
To Whom It May Concern, I am pleased to endorse Glacier Fresh Water Filters. Throughout my experience with them, their team has demonstrated exceptional product quality, prompt and knowledgeable customer support, and a straightforward, dependable warranty process. They have been quick to respond, provided clear guidance, and replaced parts under warranty without hassle, far surpassing other filters brands I have used. Based on my experience, I wholeheartedly recommend Glacier Fresh Water Filters as a trusted source for excellent products and superior customer service. Sincerely, Doug Strayer

Your filter was far superior to the filter that came with the Samsung refrigerator. It installed easily without any problems. The website made it easy to order the proper filter.
