Hi Tracy, We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with a subscription you did not intend to have, especially when you were trying to manage your order and billing. We also understand your concern regarding the charge for the bottle you did not receive and the wait for your refund after being given a 5–7 business day timeframe. We regret the inconvenience and frustration this situation has caused. Your feedback regarding the customer service experience, communication, and subscription process is important to us. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention, as they help us identify areas where we can improve. If you need any additional assistance regarding your order, subscription, or refund, please feel free to contact us at [email protected]—our customer care team will be happy to assist you. Warm regards, GL-ME Customer Care Team
