My tirzepatide shipment arrived with the injection supplies, but the medication itself was missing. Gimme Care refused to replace or refund it because the pharmacy said it was scanned and shipped. I repeatedly explained that there was no silver pouch containing the medication in the package I received. I also asked for the direct pharmacy contact handling my complaint and requested escalation to a supervisor, but those requests were repeatedly avoided. Instead, I was told I could cancel my subscription, even though I never asked to cancel and was simply trying to resolve a missing-medication issue. I’m now paying for another refill so I can continue treatment, while disputing the original charge for medication I did not receive. I strongly recommend photographing or recording every package before opening it and keeping all packaging until you confirm the medication is inside.
