The worst customer service I have dealt with. My prescription was recalled and I sent all relevant information to the pharmacy and was ordered to dispose of the prescription. Gimme Care will not reimburse me because the photos and information aren’t sufficient, asking me to go back through the trash and sharps disposable box. Ridiculous!

I just put in my order for my first month with Gimme and the attentiveness of customer service has been fast and courteous! I'll update once my shipment comes in on the actual meds come in.

Mary and the Gimme care support team were great. They worked hard to give me the answers I needed and to cancel my order when a resolution with the pharmacy could not be reached.
