Easy sign up process, every step is communicated. Complete detailed instructions on how to be used. My husband started at the low dose of 1.5mg dose which hasn't shown any signs of working yet but gives his body time to adjust. It will be increased to 3.0 after 2 weeks so hopefully he will see signs that the medication is working. When we had a question we messaged support, who responded right away. Yes there are other options to get the product a lower price, but we feel Gimme Care is the right choice!

I received my first order, but the packaging was inadequate for the shipment. The ice pack had burst and arrived hot; in Alabama, it was unusable. I contacted their them right away, and they repeatedly directed me to reach Dirx Pharmacy. I followed up several times with both companies. A week and a half later, Dirx replied that they had not fulfilled my medication and it was at one of their pharmacies. They said I should contact Gimme instead. At this point, I am unsure where my medication originated, it was unusable, and their supposed support team offered no help. I have a chain of emails. I will report them and Dirx to ALBOP. You will see their replies here all advise contacting their support email. Good luck, because they will simply push you to someone else who will point back at them. Choose a more reputable company.
