This is our 2nd time working with Giftsenda, and they meet our expectations. We understand that the final present's look much of the time depends on the country, but the service Giftsenda provide is on the high level. P.S. many thanks to Lu for 24/7 assistance

Thank you for the wonderful feedback.
They send out gifts requiring a signature. They send them via FedEx. FedEx drivers do not consider it in their job descriptions to ring door bells. FedEx says you must call Giftsenda. Giftsenda does not have resources to discuss matters with recipients of the gifts they send out. They send out a text that says contact shipper re tracking number : (blank) Brilliant CORPORATION

The requirement for a signature is in place because the items we send are valuable tech products, and the sender wants to ensure they are received personally by the intended recipient. We appreciate your understanding that this is a standard practice for high-value deliveries. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, please note that redelivery is free, and the item will be resent to you. While we must adhere to the shipper's rules during the delivery process, we always strive to ensure that your gift is delivered successfully.
