It felt like I was being watched the whole time I was in there and when I get done checking out as I'm walking out the security guard asked to see what's in side my bookbag he said it was there policy BS he said I was seen with a bag in my hand before I checked out it was nothing in my bookbag just the bag I was walking out with it was unprofessional embarrassing disrespectful I will never shop there again all because I was S.W.B.

Hey giant eagle I know this is going to be hard for you to digest but instead of having 3 people stand and watch a self checkout why don’t you open one of the 15 registers I have put down frozen food in the middle of the floor 3 times now because of waiting so long and walked out

Giant Eagle California Mandarins, Sweet and Seedless. Just terrible, dried out, sour and several rotted oranges. I won't be heading to Giant eagle for oranges again

How do you get giant eagles low gas price? Hmm I've been told you have to link there app to your credit or debit card by there employees. No where does it say at there pumps how to get there discounted gas prices anywhere!! What a good scam they have going on there!

their produce is not always fresh, prices are outrageous and their self checkout does not ring the proper price.

Giant Eagle is to over priced on everything . Even when you can get the same item for about 20% less some where else !!!! It is constant thing with Giant Eagle.

So I ordered some pasta supreme, it was not in the same container, in fact, the container wasn't sealed at all. The fruit was old and it wasn't sweet. The fruit cups and mayonnaise packets were expired!

Visited Mayfield Heights Giant Eagle (6259 Mayfield Road, Mayfield Heights, OH 44124) to pick up a prescription for my mom and do some shopping. At self-checkout, I needed help with an item that had no barcode and had to press the assistance button multiple times. When a manager finally came, he was rude, condescending, and unhelpful. I then asked to speak with the store manager, but no one ever came despite waiting. There is no way I will shop here again — even if I need to, I would rather go somewhere else.
