I experienced slippage with multicharts that I should not have. The tech who helped me named Bobby misled me and screwed everything up. I want better support next time. No Bozos!!!!!

Please call our office and speak to your broker; he/she can assist with switching to a different trading platform. We are an IIB with relationships with multiple FCMs, so we are able to offer multiple trading platform options through different data feeds. We hope to find a good solution for you.
Very good ay all levels. I have been with Global Futures for about 10 years or more. Have always been treated with excellent service at all times.
