In my honest experience you weren't entirely honest with me about connection fees. You simply conveniently didn't mention that. I know Ninjatrader Brokerage has just $7 connection fee. Not $43. Don't you think it is kinda too much??? Regards, Serge

Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. Our goal is the provide 5-star service, so please contact your broker representative to go over all of the fees. In regards to the $7 fee you are referring to, that does not include live market data fees. Regardless of what brokerage you open your account, you will need to pay for market data fees, which are charged by the exchange. Please speak to your broker representative for an explanation of fees.
Too bad to share. The reply to my comment is a "canned" response. Dont waste your valuable time with this organization.

Had very bad experience with this firm lots of hiding issues, Tech service doesn't know clients Issues and comes up with nonsense argument. new account department doesn't follow their policy. contact agents instead of sending their offers just tell you over the phone and change their own words. over all not even 0 star.

new to this, no one patient enough to help walk me through the process, fast talking, uninterested, and non helpful, quick to pass me off to unclear links, which doesn't have thorough instructions. really frustrated in the initial process,

Too long to process account. Online forms preferred rather than paper form
