The 4 stars is very good and GFF brokers are awesome. They're professionals and goal and client oriented. I never gave a perfect rating because I always believe that in every individual or group, there's always room for improvement. Striving to be best is a good mindset. For me if you reach a perfect state, the tendency of an individual or a group will stop striving to be the best and it will be the a downfall of oneself.

The many many forms could be much easier to fill in pre-established editable formats. Also much more clearly and concisely done.

Friendly and courteous. Everyone helpful in the processes. Went very smoothly when considering how much documentation was required.
