Thanks much for your review. We're so happy you good experience. We work hard to answer questions as soon as possible.
I truly don’t know where to start so I will start with the one positive thing about this company. The provider Ashley H was amazing. She was very easy to make an appointment with, she was on time, she was incredibly helpful and understanding of my issues with this company, and did her level best to defend them. I understand that this company is new and they are still working out the kinks so I gave them chance after chance after chance, you know what I mean. I am now at least 30 messages and a month in to trying to get this medication that every time I get a message from them, they promised me will only take a couple more days. Why don’t you go to another provider you ask? Because Zealthy has over $600 of my money. I would love to go to another company but at this point a refund is probably impossible to get considering the experience I’ve already had so I’m trying to ride this out and get my medication . Truth be told I was afraid this company was a scam. Reviews are very mixed online which is why I made the appointment with the provider. I was honestly prepared for her to cancel on me thinking she didn’t actually exist. But lo and behold she does and I will make another appointment with her to see if we can expedite this process yet again. I don’t know what somebody else Might be like, maybe Short end of the stick every. Single. Time. I talk to these people. Stranger things have happened. But if I had to make a choice, I would say I do not recommend this. Maybe in a year they will have gotten their act together, but, as of today, I’d say go somewhere else

Mark has been wonderful as a coach. My experience on the whole has been the worst customer service. I had trouble receiving orders, so I ordered the three month package. You sent one vile, enough for 4 1/2 doses worth of meds. That is not what you claim is even a months worth… send the rest of my meds that I already paid for!!! please and thanks
