Waited 2 weeks for them to submit my prior authorization to my insurance. Then I had to wait another 10 days to hear back from my insurance. It was denied because my labs weren’t included. Instead of them asking for me to submit my labs they sent in a Prior Authorization request for Wegovy. Which is already covered by my insurance but it is unavailable at any pharmacy I contact. Their marketing for the compound medication is very Aggressive. Upon cancellation of my membership they send threatening emails regarding the prior authorization they submitted.

This company is very concerning. I have used telemedicine for over five years ago from other platforms and never had issues like I’m having with Zealthy. Zealthy has charged over $500 to my credit card and three weeks later I can’t even get a tracking number for my medication. From an order placed on 3/4, they are saying it will be another 8-9 days just to get a tracking number, and it’s now 3/21. Again, this is just to receive the tracking number. In addition, they have not (or will not?) transfer my prescription which was issued last month to my local pharmacy. I don’t understand how a company in the medical business can operate like this. 3/23 Update. Still no further information and no shipping information. I nonetheless keep receiving a flurry of emails asking me to extend my membership, that my prescription is about to expire, prompting me to transfer my prescription to a pharmacy (and then being told this isn't allowed - by Zealthy). Now I'm being told to disregard all of the emails. I should note, I prepaid 3 months of treatment on 3/4 and as of 3/23 can't even get a shipping number from their customer service. How are you helping Zealthy? 4/30 Update: I finally received one shipment almost a month later. Now, I’m completely out of medication and literally right back to square one. Each person responding in the portal gives me conflicting responses and now they are saying the same story about backlogs. This is insane.

Staff is extremely helpful as is the website. So far I'm 3 weeks in and down 4 pounds!

Charged my card $449 after I cancelled and never sent any medication. Will not refund me my money. They basically stole $449 and they still try to take it every month. I had to freeze my credit card so they can’t charge it anymore. Horrible.
