Their response time and follow up is excellent. I was nervous about ordering meds at first, however, I have now received for 3 months with no issues.

I ordered Semaglutide last week and I should be receiving it close to the end of this month. I was hoping to get started right away, but not the case. Can I get a refund?

I asked to cancel and they tried to have me select something else. I asked to cancel again. They said they did and then told me they shipped the medication that I didn’t want. Then I received an email that I needed to reactivate my subscription to get the medicine (which I told them I don’t want). And then two minutes later they send an email saying it was shipped. AWFUL

Beware! They make you think you’re buying medication and they sign you up for a subscription that you have to pay which doesn’t include anything about medication. So once you pay over $100 to be a member you will then be routed to paying hundreds more per month for medication. they claim that you know this and will not refund your money. Find another company to use.

The monthly membership pays for all the leg work when it comes to working with insurance, and the pharmacy. It also goes towards you being able to work 1x1 with a Weight Loss coach and a Provider. Once you speak with one of our Providers, they will determine the best Weight Loss prescription path. We would love to look into refund options with us if you are not using the service.
