Darshan was very professional and help me out in every way I appreciate being able to get my dream car

Tom and his team made this experience refreshing. Was a bit worried about buying a vehicle on line due to the lack of information about buying on line. But I must say I’m hooked will do it all over again , no waiting around in a dealership for hours and frustration on waiting on an answer. Thanks Tom and gettacar for such a great experience. Two thumbs up!!! Juan P

Everything went so smooth and even through the pandemic everything was done in a timely manner. It took about two weeks but that was only because the state shut down being able to transfer the vehicles. I applied for a car and was approved the next day. The first car I wanted was on hold for someone else but I was able to get even a better SUV so I was happy about that. Tom handled all paperwork and made sure that any information was given to me in a timely manner. I did have two small problems "the passenger window swipe and the Ford Mykey" with the SUV when I received it and I had to go out and get it fixed during the epidemic. But overall Gettacar have done exactly what they said they were going to do and made sure that any problems I've had with the car has been taken care of asap which I appreciate. Definitely recommend!

I have been searching for a car for about a month I’ve been going to dealerships they were giving me the runaround as usual... I already knew what kind of car I was looking for I came across this website on Facebook and from the credit app to the delivery it was all a smooth process I would do it all over again and I would even referral my family and friends this was a great experience for me. Happy birthday to me!!!!! I’m very happy with my purchase thank you again Anthony and Chris for your great customer service and patience.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GETTACAR! Terrible customer service. Business done horribly. My husband and I found the truck of our dreams at a great price. Too good to be true? Yes! They screwed us over royally. My husband applied with me as his cosigner. Our credit was run multiple times and we were approved the next day. "Jimmy" contacted us and asked for a few more details so that everything could be finalized and we complied. He assured us he would reach out before he left for the day. We never spoke to him again. He Ignored our calls and texts. We couldn't get anyone to answer the 1-800 number or anything. Finally, the next day, a guy answers and we explain what happened. He tells us that truck was sold to someone else now. I asked to speak with a manager and later that day "Clay" calls. He apologizes, saying it was all mistakes on their end, and says his top salesman "Tom" will reach out to us in the morning to help us out and possibly find another vehicle. Nothing. Not only did they damage our credit, but they sold a truck out from under us and made no effort to make it right. Do not trust this site. These people do not do fair or trustworthy business.

Wasn’t able to get my first choice due to my credit score and down payment. But they worked with me to get my second choice. Anthony was extremely helpful in the process and thanks to Walt the delivery guy

The process was was a process due to my own issues, however the crew at Gettacar stayed with me until it was finished. I started with one associate and finished with another solely due to scheduling. The process was seamless. Although I did not get the initial car I wanted they worked hard to get me a car I could afford and like. The delivery window was pretty tight and they accommodated me there as well. Overall not a bad experience. I also have begun to recommend to family and friends as well.

Good cars need to be a lil more clear
