I purchased the Get Safe unit with GPS monitoring as well back in December for my mother. Set up and tested. Called to let them know it wouldn't pick up her voice. They would turn up sensitivity and call back. Never happened. This cycle went on several times. My mother fell. The customer service is AWFUL. They will not refund my money for the unit which has never worked appropriately despite numerous phone calls to the company and NEVER any call backs. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Angeblich kommen Emails nicht an, obwohl der Verlauf gespeichert ist. Melden sich nicht. Ausreden ubd man wird vertröstet. Die Dame am Telefon hat keine Ahnung. Innerhalb von Wochen keine Rückmeldung zur Abwicklung. Als Geschädigter keine Erstattung erhalten. Total unseriös.

Gegenstand ausgeliehen und beschädigt. Dieser Fall war eindeutig mit versichert aber getsafe will nicht zahlen. Nie wieder.

Absolutely fabulous service. My claim was dealt with very promptly and professionally by the insurance team. Clear communications. The claim was also during the free credit period within a month of taking the policy due to an unexpected accident. Cannot recommend more.
