Received the wrong part, and now am literally unable to contact ANYONE to get a return processed. By phone, email, chat... nothing. Do not buy from this scam outfit.

I paid for a power seat switch for my 2014 silverado, their email sent after the order says to keep an eye on my email for the shipping status in 2-4 days, it's been over a week now and still no communication, I've called both numbers and their message states they aren't taking calls even though it's during business hours. They haven't responded to my emails. I am contacting a lawyer today so I can recoup my money from these thieves.

DO NOT BUY FROM getoemparts.com. You will be ripped off. You will never recieve your parts and they will try to charge ridiculous amounts to ship something you will NEVER receive.

Was super easy to find the exact part I needed for my boyfriends car. The prices are great, the service was excellent, and the part will be delivered sooner than expected.

Took a sh!t load of time to process just like other reviews said but boy did they deliver on a part I could not find anywhere. It’s oem just like it said and it worked correct part and all. I put an order in the beginning of April got a message Friday that said it was processed and now on it’s way from Rhode Island and I can’t believe it was at my door on Monday morning in California so pleased.

Order brake pads over 6 weeks ago.... No responses no refund...pretty sure its a SCAM

Don't order I have ordered parts haven't got them no update or nothing I reached out to them no response what a joke I repeat DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

1 month now and still emailing me that my order is currently in progress! Definitely I can’t see any progress here and why they don’t answer our emails?! Could someone take off their website?! People they work hard to buy their staff we didn’t find money in the streets.
