Thank you for your feedback Tom! We are so glad you are happy with your system.
Customer service was great in explaining the function of notion door sensor and why it was giving false signals. After following the instructions, the sensor worked as designed.

I love this. It makes me feel like I am at home when I am miles away. I am so thankful to have this in my life! It tells me the temperatures in my kids rooms, when and what doors have been opened, and all sorts of things. With the way things are now days it can really help set your mind at ease.

Notion makes me feel a lot safer not only at home but when I am away. We were 172 miles away from home when I got a Notion alert that my back door had opened. I immediately called my daughter and found out it was her bringing us a surprise. What a relief!

Can’t get the darn thing to work. Installed and reinstalled no less than 5 times. Got the magnet too. Still says door is open when it isn’t or constantly texts saying door is open. So frustrating.

So far I have not received the item Chelsea said I would get (a magnet). I did get a couple of sheets of self-stick paper for something, that arrived in a box (should have been mailed in an envelope). A very strange experience thus far.
