The tech was very good. But as in the past, when I had an appointment scheduled, it is never met on time. This was to be an 11 am call (I called at 10:30 to verify it) and got the call at 2:45 pm

Getmydrivers is an odd piece of software. I bought it ran it and was happy to get all my drivers updated. The question I now ask myself is why did I buy a product that I run every few month? How often do drivers get updated by the supplier anyway? The ~ $19.00 a month live support cost for this software is more than really, really expensive. If Tech support is free, what is live support all about? The product does what it says it will do, but I think, because of its' frequency of use characteristics, the product should be offered as a bonus when other IOLO software is purchased. My experiences when cancelling live support were a bit confusing but the warmware on the other end of the keyboard was polite. Your choice!!
