Two items missing when order received. Completed their online customer service complaint that day. No response so 10 days later did the same thing (the phone number on the invoice doesn’t connect) but still no response. They owe me two missing products or a refund of £15. Won’t be buying their products again.

Absolutely the worst website and definitely not user-friendly. I have literally spent the entire day and could not place an order

Thankfully, we all know about germs now. We know that we’re supposed to wash our hands with warm water and soap for 20 seconds after we touch literally anything. Problem is, your skin gets grumpy and starts to look like an angry iguana. Jack Black lotion (not associated with the actor) is industrial strength, whatever that means. All I know is that it makes my skin feel less reptile and more mammal. It heals the cracks, peeling nubs, and overall deathly vibe of my fingers and knuckles. --PithySummary

I had an item missing. Filled out the online form and waited a few weeks but no reply. Sent an email, waited, again no reply. Seems like they haven't got an online customer service. The products are ok. I like the face wash, beard wash and oil. Shower gels are ok. The deodorant is rubbish
