I enjoy the camaraderie of the various instructors as they work together. I find the cuing to be safe and for the most part the pace of the classes is appropriate for all levels. I also like the encouragement prompts.

The variety here is unparalleled! I love that the trainers are so knowledgeable, yet there is no “lunk” vibe like other subscription exercise programs. GHUTV is the only program I have ever succeeded in being consistent at. I recommend it to everyone.
