Hi Angie, We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience, especially after the replacement shipment arrived in similar condition. We completely understand how frustrating this must be. We’ve already reached out to you by email and have offered a complimentary replacement with expedited shipping and ice packs. While we do everything we can to help protect the gummies during transit, shipping delays or extended transit times with the carrier can unfortunately affect the condition of temperature-sensitive products. Please reply to our email or contact us directly at [email protected] or 305-209-4124 so we can make sure we get this resolved for you. Thank you for being a longtime customer and for giving us the opportunity to make this right. - Hpappy Hemp Support
