Hi Ryan, We're sorry to hear that your experience with Happy Hemp has been disappointing. We understand your concerns regarding the subscription renewal and would like to clarify what happened. Our records show that you had two subscriptions registered under two different email addresses. When you previously requested a cancellation, we canceled the subscription associated with one email address as per your request, but the second subscription remained active. As a result, the renewal was processed under the other account. We understand how this situation caused frustration, and we apologize for the confusion. We've been in contact with you and have offered to assist with returning the package and processing a refund once the return is received and processed. We're still happy to help resolve this matter. Please contact us at [email protected] so we can assist you with the next steps. Best regards, Happy Hemp Support Team
