excellent Customer service.

This is my second Gate that I ordered, the first had an issue with the internal components (which broke) so I emailed them about this issue and they are sending a new one. Now I am hoping that the component issues has been fixed and that this issue does not happen again but we shall see. Other than that I found the Gate to work very well over all.

Excellent company with excellent product and excellent problems solving and customer services skills. I am very happy with their Gate Smart Lock. Very satisfied their customers service skills even though there reply to customer service is delayed and slow. No direct phone for customer service only slow communication via emails. Great Product....

this is the second Gate with first one never have a problem the second one is nightmare 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️ never worked and costumer service is the worst . I tried to change to a new one for 3 weeks without any resolution from then . finally someone told that they will send me a replacement and I am waiting for week and nothing happens.

My gate lock is not working correctly for the last few months, and I submitted a ticket 2 days ago and no reply from company.

Still, haven't talked to anyone! Simple questions and no one will talk to me

Terrible, I have bought the lock and apparently the software is outdated. So I have to pay for shipping to send it to you, and I had to pay 40usd to have you ship it back to me. This is a manufacturing issue and I have to pay for it? How would your experience be if you bought product like this?
