The easiest online experience ever. Thorough but not irritating.

Dr has informed me how to take it and what should I expect while I take the pill and I asked her a few questions and she knew what I was going thru and what I need to do.

I spoke with “Kim” needing a letter stating medical necessity for my script over 2 weeks ago, needed for FSA. She stated vaguely I would receive an email. Nothing. So goes customer service!!!! Yesterday, I now spoke with “Chris” who again told me he would have the letter emailed to me right away. I am STILL waiting!!!!
