Great Dr and easy

Dr that called was very professional and helpful.

The whole process was very easy. The NP I had my audio appointment with was wonderful! So knowledgeable and thorough, she answered all my questions and you can really tell she enjoys her work.

I Loved the experience everything went smoothly,

Dr had technical issues. Understandable. But I called customer service and was only given the option of rescheduling or refund. I chose refund and was immediately hung up on. Thankfully dr called me back, had visit and fixed everything. she was great. The customer service rep needs retraining or a new job. She does not need to be working in customer service

I was able to get the cost without insurance right away. It was a lot less expensive than the other product I had been researching (A LOT LESS EVEN WITH MANUFACTURER ASSISTANCE). I was able to get into contact with a health care provider. It was on the list of medications that I was recommended from my doctor. I had all my questions answered during the telehealth visit.
