Great customer service, very quick to email back and sort any issues.

Prompt response to my question and concen about subscription. I definiyely think they could be more transparent at checkout regarding selection of sunscription verus having to "deselect".

Very courteous and prompt service even though the mistake was caused by my misunderstanding.

Got my order yesterday and quickly realized it was damaged during transit and I lost half a bottle of oil. Emailed customer service and got a response right away telling me that I’d hear from a support rep about getting a refund or replacement . I heard from them this morning and already the replacement is on its way! Very happy, couldn’t ask for more!😘 Cyndi Young

The purchase did not turn up and had been returned to Cellu for some unknown reason. After an initial prompt reply that appeared helpful, I have yet to have a requested refund or any cream. It has been over 2 months since I placed the order. Now I am not getting answers to my emails. Not happy with customer service. 👎
