I couldn't log in to "The Outlook" newspaper, actually, for quite some time. I finally realized this is a year-long paid service, so I need to have it resolved. Once I reached out to customer service, Kieran Diaz immediately got to work and promptly and professionally resolved the issue. Also, all communication was friendly and supportive.

You know those little boxes that say " check here to offset processing charges" and are usually a smallish amount? Well, I subscribed to a local news outlet that pre-populated that box with a yes and I didn't notice it until I paid. That annoyed me so I wrote to customer service and within hours the charge was reversed. No issues and no hassles.

Had a problem with the log in button and was told others were having the same problem. I sent a report and was contacted very quickly and problem fixed the next day

I was having trouble connecting to my account on the internet. I sent an email To admiral, and they responded quickly and kindly. I never got a response from the local newspaper people when I had asked when they were still handling I. So I cancelled my subscription. But I am a happy customer after the help I got so quickly and friendly from Admiral.
