Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and would like to clarify that our technology does not install anything on your device. Instead, it detects ad blockers or privacy tools that may impact a publisher’s ability to monetize their content, which is essential for keeping their site operational and content accessible. If you’re not using an ad blocker but still see messages, it’s possible that other privacy settings or tools—such as VPNs, tracker blockers, browser extensions, device settings, or network configurations—might be affecting your experience. We’d be more than happy to help you troubleshoot these if you decide to give it another try. If you ever encounter an ad block message on this or any other site in the future and need assistance, simply click the "Contact Support" link at the bottom of the message to get assistance. Regards, The Admiral Team

Hi Neil, we understand your frustration. The behavior you're describing—where access is still blocked after disabling an adblocker—is almost always caused by a browser's cache not clearing correctly or a second privacy extension still running. It is not the intended function of our software. Publishers use our tools to open a line of communication with visitors about the value exchange that supports their content. Our goal is to make that process as smooth as possible. If you can notify our support team at any time by emailing us at [email protected], please include the site you were on so that we can investigate this further should it happen again. Regards, The Admiral Team

Hi Philip, we appreciate you taking the time to share such a detailed perspective. Creating a transparent and straightforward privacy experience is a goal we share with our publisher partners. The publisher configures the options you see on any given site to meet their specific needs. We are constantly working to provide Publishers with the best and most flexible tools to meet those needs. Again, we appreciate your passionate feedback, and we will ensure that this is shared with our team for their consideration regarding the ongoing development of this tool. Regards, The Admiral Team
