Whether Akusoli is a good product and company is highly debated, with significant evidence of misleading claims, questionable business practices, and mixed customer experiences. No official medical body, such as the NHS, endorses Akusoli insoles or their specific claims. Lack of medical evidence and expert consensus Unsubstantiated medical claims: Akusoli markets its insoles using unproven magnetic and acupressure technology for pain relief, improved circulation, and treating conditions like neuropathy. There is no scientific evidence to support these specific claims. Expert counter-opinion: A podiatrist on Instagram advised against using Akusoli, stating that the hard magnets could potentially increase inflammation, pressure, and pain, especially for individuals with conditions like plantar fasciitis or metatarsalgia. Negative clinical trials: Research, including a prospective, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study conducted at the Mayo Clinic, has shown that magnetic insoles are not clinically effective for relieving nonspecific chronic foot pain. The study's conclusions noted a placebo effect but found no significant therapeutic benefit from the magnets themselves. NHS position: The NHS prescribes off-the-shelf orthotic insoles, but these are based on supporting weakened joints or cushioning, not on unproven magnetic therapy. The NHS also advises patients to stop using insoles if they cause pain, swelling, or blistering. Questionable business practices and customer experience Deceptive marketing: Akusoli is known for aggressive marketing tactics, perpetual "limited-time" discounts, and claims that have been described as exaggerated and misleading. Refund difficulties: Despite a 60-day money-back guarantee, customers have reported significant difficulty in getting refunds, often facing unhelpful customer service responses. Mixed customer comfort: While some users report a positive experience, many others complain about the comfort and effectiveness. Some describe the feel of the textured insoles as "walking on pebbles," while others found no relief. Concerns over quality: Sources allege the insoles are generic products from Chinese wholesale sites, marked up significantly in price. Concerns have also been raised about poor quality and durability. Verdict Expert medical opinion and clinical evidence suggest that the magnetic and acupressure claims of Akusoli insoles are not scientifically supported. The company also employs questionable marketing practices and has received numerous customer complaints regarding refunds, billing, and comfort. For individuals seeking foot pain solutions, it is more advisable to consult a healthcare professional and consider insoles from reputable brands with evidence-based claims.

Also Finger weg. Einfach nur Schrott. Als einziges Plus kann ich sagen, dass diese Sohlen zu tragen nicht unangenehm ist.

I have been receiving a large number of spam emails originating from multiple domains, all leading to Akusoli with Affi|iate number 259. All these companies are based in Lithuania and appear to be run by the same individual.

Jeg har før givet akusoli en dårlig oplevelse. Men efter lidt skriverier frem og tilbage har jeg fået en god behandling og fået mine penge tilbage
