At Gessato, we’re all about great design—whether it’s the pieces we curate for our store or the stories we share. But let’s be real: if you’re here, you’re probably checking out reviews for the store. Fair enough. We specialize in thoughtfully selected modern design—home goods, furniture, accessories—that stand out for their quality and originality. No generic mass-market stuff here. Just a carefully chosen mix of independent designers, cult brands, and timeless classics. We’re a small team, not a faceless corporation, which means we care. A lot. About what we carry, how we pack it, and how we communicate with you. And if something ever goes wrong, we work to make it right. So if you’re wondering whether we’re legit—yes, we are. If you’re wondering whether we care—absolutely. And if you’re looking for something beautifully designed, you’re in the right place.

Thank you for your kind words! We’re so glad you’ve had a great experience and appreciate your support.
Fantastic customer service and a neat product selection! Davide was extremely helpful in facilitating a specialized engraving of a gift for my wife, as well as then expediting the delivery in time for her birthday. He was extremely responsive in emailing, and was clear in communication around pricing, the process, etc. Highly recommend!

Thank you so much, Ben! We're thrilled to hear you had a great experience, and it was a pleasure helping with your special gift. We truly appreciate your kind words and recommendation. If you ever need anything else, we’re here for you!
I had a warranty issue with a watch I purchased from Gessato. I'm happy to say Gessato was helpful and supportive in working with me and the manufacturer to resolve the issue. I had a variety of choices on Authorized Dealers for this watch, and I wasn't sure at first who to go with. I can tell you that Gessato is the real deal, and they'll support their customers.

We truly appreciate your trust and are glad we could help resolve the issue! Thanks for choosing us.
The company made a huge mistake about marking my order as a scam and sending an email saying that “ Nice try bud. Gotta get a little smarter :) Take it easy” about scamming… then they got my order cancelled and then they realized it wasn’t a scam so they sent me an invoice to pay over PayPal and shipped out my order more than a week after the payment. I received my order 12 days later which is a shame nowadays. The customer service was a huge disappointment. You wouldn’t even get a fast response or even one. I am expecting an item that was out of stock and they promised to ship it out early September. I’ll see how it goes with the next shipment and update my review. For now unfortunately it’s a 2 star experience .

We’re truly sorry for the confusion and frustration caused by the initial error. Your order was mistakenly flagged due to a recent spike in fraudulent activity, and the message you received was sent in error—it's not representative of our values or tone. We did follow up promptly, processed your order, and included a complimentary item to make up for the situation. We appreciate your patience regarding the delayed item and are committed to ensuring the rest of your experience goes smoothly. Thank you for your feedback—it helps us do better.
I was looking for a very specific watch, unfortunately it seemed an older model, out of stock. I was helped very swift and with the greatest patience and kindness. Contact was made with the designer and it turned out that the model I preferred was actually still available at the designer! Now I’m a very happy customer with a beautiful piece of artwork.

Wow. Just wow. This company has gained a lifelong customer today. I am very impressed. Absolutely flawless interaction with Gessato. My order was shipped super quickly & arrived in a very timely manner. Upon receiving, there was an issue. I emailed them late @ night about it. The next morning, a human responded & provided an actionable response. Nothing canned. Then, as soon as I sent over my response, they did their part right away. Every single communication was quick, on point, I was offered options & the end solution was extremely satisfactory. Also, no canned responses @ all. If you are reading this, go ahead and place your order with them. Also tell all your friends. Do not give your hard earned money to a big, faceless company. If any issues, these good people will take care of you - same as they did with me. Gessato, you rock! PS Wanna hear something else? I previously placed another order with them a long time ago. Guess what? At the time I placed this order, they sent me a separate email thanking me for my loyalty. Small gesture, but I was impressed & felt noticed (even though I am aware that this is an automatic process). This company really does customer service right.
