Responses to my questions were really fast. I was able to get all the items I wanted and was given a nice discount. The items shipped right away and the order was 100% correct. All in all, it was a great experience.

Gassato has a product that I can’t get anywhere else. Although the shipping price is fairly high, it’s worth it to me for a bulk order of the walnut scouring pads. Also Gessato’s furniture and rugs are very stylish!

I have to say. The design offerings on this store/website are beautiful and I will be back again for more wedding gifts and holiday gifts. The staff are so helpful and the customer service top notch. The items ordered were carefully packed which just shows the care they take.

Horribly frustrating experience with Gessato. I was charged 5 times for my order. It then took many months for me to get refunded for their mistaken illegal charges. They initially refunded just 3 of their illegal charges and then for months I had to send long emails explaining how i was still double charged for my order. Instead of thoroughly checking whether that is true on their end, they kept saying I was not double charged time and time again, despite me sending them clear proof. Can’t be more frustrating than that. Then, after many months, they finally admitted that I was double charged and that they made another mistake not looking at PayPal charges. Most customers would just give up (I assume that’s what the hoped would happen). I also ordered a custom item and they shipped the wrong item. Even after I told them I ordered a different item, they insisted I did not order the custom item. Again, I had to send proof I did and then they sent the right item. Only after months of frustrating correspondence were the issues fixed. I was never offered a compensation for my time, energy, frustration, and the fact that I was charged months before I was refunded so I didn’t have access to those funds the entire time I waited for my refund.

We responded to every message promptly and resolved all issues, including issuing full refunds. We're a small team and always do our best to help, even in confusing situations like this.
I bought golden counter month ago , i was very happy beautiful counter and dropped from my lap . Customer service was excellent and very helpful . They are doing repair no charge so happy excellent company.
