Satisfied with the ordering process. It was very easy and uncomplicated,

It would of been nice to see all available products at a discounted price to choose from out of the gate beyond the base package. Could not locate any of them on the website except the special offer.

I have used the Genucel two days and can see the improvement already!

Have not yet received the product but am disappointed that one cannot order one specific product at a time. You are forced to purchase a package deal and commit to future product purchases. The website does not provide sufficient information about the directions and ingredients of each individual product. Why did I purchase it? Because I trust the person on the radio that endorsed the product. If it doesn't meet the expectations that the website and the person endorsing the product states, I will immediately cancel.

Can't wait to get my product and try them. I am so excited!

The product is okay, but not with the $'s. I tried to cancel the products being auto sent and could never speak to anyone to get the cancellation number. I would call and they would say their reps were busy and would have someone call in 24 hours. Three days later I would get the call. I was at work and was not able to take the call. Called back on my break to speak to the rep that left their number, only to be told they would call me back within 24 hours. I told therm that this was unacceptable and I wanted a cancellation number. I was continuously told I would have to wait 24 hours. I told them I was going to turn them in to the better business bureau. They proceeded to list all the forms I would need and that it was a very long process. I decided that if they knew the process so well, then they must be accustomed to unhappy customers. I was never able to speak to a rep to cancel. I had to cancel my credit card to get out of that program.

Excited to receive the product. Christina in customer service was fantastic.
