The company followed up to my comment and the actual charge on my card was correct, the web site did not reflect the final price. They took corrective action and I am satisfied. I did not get the extra 10% discount that the website mentioned. I did get the one time $10 off but did not understand why the additional 10% did not show up. CJ 419-290-1248

Ordering was easy. Have not tried products yet so cannot give any opinion.

Seriously, stay away from this product. I have been very disappointed with these Genucel products. I oredered and received the "Complete package". I would not purchase again or in the future. When I called to cancel, I was told that "due to high call volume" they were unable to provide a Cancellation # for me at. Three calls later and I have received a cancellation #. Very frustrating to deal with the "Customer Service". WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND!"

Excellent ordering experience!

The product is excellent...however, I do not like the idea of automatic shipments every 2 months. My order generally lasts 4 to 5 months, so I will cancel and then reorder as needed. Otherwise, the product is very effective
