Ordered a custom suit and customer service reached out to verify some measurements I submitted. By them doing this I realized a tailor measured my shoulder and sleeves incorrectly. They allowed me to resubmit my measurements and allowed me to apply a Holiday discount. I was blown away at their customer service, especially during a holiday week.
