This place is the worst

This place is the worst. I payed over $800 for my wedding suit and came looking like crap. I went to my tailor and got sized. I sent the measurements to them, and they said their system flagged 3 areas on my measurements. I went back to the tailor, and he added a half of an inch to the flagged measurements. I specifically checked the slim fit box and the suit came with a lot of room and not what I wanted. Now my wedding day is ruined because of this company. The people who are sewing these garments don't have a clue. The suits you see on the website must have been AI generated, because it looks nothing like what I ordered. I'm very disappointed. Do NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! Pictures was sent with me wearing the suit. I even outlined the areas that had a lot of room. Your team did a terrible job. Don’t try to say you tried to help, because that wasn’t the case. Please do not paint a perfect picture.

Thank you for your feedback. We always strive to ensure our customers receive a perfect fit, which is why our team reached out to you personally to confirm the measurements provided on your order before we began production. Additionally, we want to clarify that none of our suits are AI-generated; every garment is physically tailored and constructed to order. You mentioned wanting the suit to look exactly like the fit pictured on our website. However, please keep in mind that the suit you received is a slim fit suit, which features a narrower cut through the shoulders, chest, and waist compared to a looser regular fit garment. Because your ordered measurements are eight sizes larger than the model featured on our site, the scaling, proportions, and overall silhouette will naturally look different on your specific body type. When you contacted us regarding a fit issue, we immediately sought to resolve it by requesting photos of the suit. This is our standard procedure to verify the physical measurements against your order details so we can determine the exact course of action needed to fix it. We remain completely committed to assisting you, but we still have not received the requested images despite three separate follow-ups from our support team. Rather than providing those images so we could help correct the issue, you chose to leave a negative review instead. Our offer to help stands; please reply to our latest message with those photos so we can evaluate how the slim fit is sitting on you and find a solution as quickly as possible.
