Im very happy with general medicine, These professionals go over and above to help me. If you ever had a question transfer a medication to a different pharmacy doing the PA with the insurance for your meds they will go over and above to get it done for you. Very grateful of general medicine

It was such an easy and helpful experience. The provider took the time to read the answers I had recorded on the pre-questionnaire which made the televisit very efficient. So many times the provider ask the same questions over which can be very frustrating. I was very appreciative of the care provided and the efficiency of the visit. Thank you!

I had a great experience with this company. They were friendly and extremely helpful in getting me the prescription refills that I needed in a timely manner. They also reached out again, checking in to make sure that I had received everything I needed, which I greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend their services and will be using them again myself in the future.

Scheduling was a breeze. The appointment with the doctor was very thorough and he made me feel comfortable asking questions. Any questions I had after the appointment the nursing staff responded extremely promptly. A very positive experience!

When I signed up I chose the $30 option for the visits with the doctor and it ended up $100. Secondly I had to have labs and I have insurance but the fee for labs went to $160 that I had to pay with insurance My insurance would have paid almost all of the fee, so I chose no insurance and fee was $100 ?? and I had to pay $54.00 - Doesn't make sense to charge me more using my insurnace.
