I found General Medicine's website after looking on the Lilly website in order to transfer my medication to my insurance (rather than go through the HERS company, which charges SO much per month!). The Lilly website has a great feature that pulled up which companies accepted my insurance and would prescribe the medication I needed, and General Medicine's website popped up and looked to have the best cost with my insurance. I selected it, it took me to their website and I was able to get a zoom call with a Nurse Practitioner who thoroughly assessed my medical history for continuation of my medication. So it was prescribed the next day, labs were scheduled for a later date, and I picked up the meds at my regular pharmacy. Wonderful experience! I was expecting it to be difficult,but it was so easy to get the medication I needed with a medical professional who listened to all of my questions, concerns, and understood everything I was requesting.

I have had exceptional customer service with the clinician and the whole team! For 23 years I have had hashimotos/thyroidectomy I have fought ALL the symptoms. Nobody would listen or run more tests then my tsh. I researched General med and made a appt. Dr. Patel listened, he ordered extensive labs and I pray and believe after my follow up with him next week I will get answers and above all else be able to feel human again. I can't even put into words the gratitude I have for this company!

I love everything about it. Perfect for someone who’s super busy. Appointments aren't hard to schedule and prescriptions are also simple. Perfect in every way!!!

It was really easy to get an appointment with a doctor. The two doctors I have dealt with really seem to care about my well being. Very happy with General Medicine. They follow up with you and answer any questions you might have. Glad I found them!
