The Product is great with no added flavor and not much texture change, HOWEVER, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY SUBPAR. I have emailed, called, and TEXTED because someone has their cell number listed on the BBB site. They then have the audacity to have their read receipts on and still not respond. I updated my address back to our winter home more than 45 days in advance of moving back, also sent an email. For the next 6 months I had to bother my renters to retrieve my box because they refused to change it. I eventually had her do a return to sender and disputed the charge with my bank to get my money back. POOR Customer Service ruins businesses.

Hello, I've emailed several times to find out the status of my wholesale order number #58429G3, but I haven't received a response. Could you please give me the status of this order and when it will be shipped?

Extremely Disappointed – Still No Shipment After 3 Months I placed an order with GeneProProtein.com on Monday, March 10, 2025, totaling $11,610 (Order #74556G3). Since then, I’ve followed up multiple times, but every time I get the same vague response: “The stock will ship next week.” Unfortunately, that “next week” has come and gone repeatedly with no actual progress. Whenever I try to follow up, they just CC someone else from their own department, who never responds. I truly tried to coordinate professionally and patiently, hoping they would resolve the issue, but they have forced me to write this review publicly. All I want is clarity: When will you ship my orde

Long time user. I have always been happy with the product, though I usually don’t buy directly from them (had issues in the past with my debit card not working, though it was fine elsewhere). Anyway, no product available from the usual vendor, so tried the company website. Did get an order confirmation, but since then nothing, and they aren’t replying to either email I have tried. It’s been nearly a month. Wondering what’s going on from all the complaints I am finding online. Interesting they reply here, but don’t respond to emails. I would like the current product if that’s possible. No way I’m sending anymore money or making a new order given the current state of things.

GenePro's recent operations have raised serious concerns. While they continue to fulfill individual customer orders, they have failed to ship wholesale orders — some of which have been pending for over six months. Small businesses regularly place orders exceeding $10,000 with them each week, yet many, including five sellers I personally know, are still waiting on inventory they ordered months ago. We were promised a 10-day lead time, and there were no clear warnings about how the "global protein shortage" was affecting GenePro directly. Despite multiple attempts to get updates, my recent emails have gone unanswered. Additionally, their Ohio warehouse does not have a functioning phone line, making it nearly impossible to reach anyone for support. At this point, I have no idea if or when my order will arrive. It’s incredibly frustrating and disheartening, especially considering how dependent small businesses are on reliable supply chains. GenePro’s shift from once-reliable wholesale fulfillment to this current state is troubling — and it's having a devastating impact on small business owners.

I am a amazon fba seller, i paid them for my amazon inventory on Dec, 16th totaling more than 10,000 USD and never received my inventory. I have been calling and emailing since. They never picked up a single phone call, and emailing me back occasionally. Now they are forcing me to sign a new 2025 agreement, before they release the inventory, which is absurd because I already signed an agreement when in 2024. In the new agreement, it takes away all my legal rights, it's scam of a company. Either give me my money back or give me my inventory.

I spent THOUSANDS of dollar on Genepro in past BUT last month I placed an order and NEVER received my product. I called and phone lines are out, I emailed and never got a response so I called my credit company and disputed I suggested everyone does that as well as I suspect company must have gone bankrupt or just took the money and didn’t deliver?!!

Subscription order automatically placed on January 19th. A month went by without any shipping information, I reached out to customer service via the link in the order confirmation, as well as an additional contact they shared in a Facebook response. I still have not received a refund, a reply or shipping details. Additionally I was not able to terminate my subscription, as there is no link as the state there would be in the emails, so I had to cancel my card to avoid future transactions. There are many complaints of this exact situation across Facebook, Instagram and Reddit.
