Excellent equipment and service !

Hello Jay and everyone from Picup Media, I want to follow up on all the incredible help you did for me and my company! Just a little background.. I had taken advantage of our quarantine time to take a few pictures with my new Gem Lightbox! I took some amazing photos and so excited to upload them to my website and social media! All of a sudden my phone decides to update in the middle of the night and in the morning the app stopped working!! I tried so many techniques to try to get it opened up and I had no idea what to do... I couldn't uninstall and reinstall the app. That would mean I would loose all the photos I dedicated so much time working on... over 500 photos! Picup media team came in a saved the day. They helped me back up the photos before have to reinstall the app and it worked! They saved me and anytime I needed help and advise they have been there and I couldn't thank them enough. SO ONCE MORE, thanks for the great product and endless support!
