From the start, they sent me 8 bottles which I did NOT request. Then I have 2 charges to my account, $179 and $211. Have been using for 1 week- have lost NOTHING. I sent an email regarding the extra bottles and excessive charges but so far no response. ADDENDUM: I was contacted. They told me to keep the product and they refunded 1/2 of my money.

After my bank declined the purchase I called my bank and was not comfortable with the transaction so I never processed the order. A couple of days later I saw two charges pending from Gelatide. They apparently kept trying to charge my account and eventually were successful. The two amounts we not the original charge. I now have a total of $551.79. Thankfully PNC is dealing with this company for me.

I have written to customer service twice this week and no one has contacted me. I've had a severe reaction to Gelatide and want to return the 11 bottles and get a refund. Can not locate a phone number to call.

My doctor recommended Gelatide to me when I was struggling with weight-gain and constant cravings. I didn’t want anything extreme, just something safe to support my weight loss journey.
