Do not buy or trust Gelatide ordered it 3 months ago never got the product and tried many times to get a respond knotting at all. Paid on credit card but no product arrived. Ask to be refunded but still no response. Forget about it never buy this product. Worst service ever.

Would give a zero if available...ordered 6 bottles beginning of August..as of today Sept 18th still have not received..everytime I checked tracking info the estimated delivery day changes to further away..have emailed them several times and get no response..the original email never gave me an order number ir info, just a tracking number when it was supposed to have been shipped..Scam

I stupidly purchased 6 bottles of this waste of money. If I could leave zero stars I would. Very good customer service until I tried to return the remaining 5 bottles. Got run the run around & suggestions of trying it longer & them sending me a booster or some such bs. I was assured time after time my $$ $489cdn was safe and not to worry. I kept pushing for a return/refund. This back & forth went on & on until the 60 days was up. The person I was dealing with was great, at first. I was finally told my refund was approved. I asked for the return address, someone different (a complete tool) replied saying in a round about way "too bad, so sad, sucker" & the previous correspondence was wrong. Worst company I've dealt with. I have 5 bottles of this "flavoured water" to dump. I'm furious

I had taken for about a month and a half with absolutely no results. No weight loss, no appetite control etc. thought I had a 90 day guarantee but just realized it was only 60 days so can’t get money back. Do not buy this product. Waste of monry

I wanted to write this review to hopefully keep someone else from experiencing a big expense. I bought the big package as it was the best deal and has a 60 day guarantee. As my 60 day became closer and I had not experienced anything I called a was able to speak with someone. He asked me to finish the first bottle as it normally takes that to see results, so I did. When the bottle was finished and still morning I called so many times with no luck reaching anyone and even emailed but it took so long to get a response. And of course it was past the guarantee. I was denied a refund since it was past my 60 days. I would never purchase from this company again. I have continued to use the product and I have got to results at all.

I purchased 6 bottles of gelatide and have used it as directed for two Months. I have been extremely disappointed as the product advertised did not reach the target that I was sold. My weight has not changed and I have not had any of the results as advertised. I honestly feel that I have been scammed and have spent money that I could not afford. The sale went through very quickly and I realised that the price was too high and quickly requested that I would like my order to be cancelled. I was informed by email that my order could not be cancelled and that the order would be processed. I am extremely concerned that others might be coerced into buying Gelatide. It is a complete scam and the website should be shut down. I have to wait until 160 days has elapsed before I can request a refund but I feel that this will not happen. All the promises made are probably false. I hope that others aren’t duped by the company that offered gelatide. They are completely Dishonest.

About 2 months ago I sent back 4 full 1 half, and 1 empty bottles of Gelatide. I thought if I sent it back in a specific time limit, I would receive some of my money back. And they told me that I would receive a % back. Wish I haven't heard or seen anything.. Not sure of what's going on.

I canceled my order but it was shipped and my credit card was charged. I decided to try the product. Don't purchase this product it does not work and from everything I have reviewed it is a gimmick to get your money.
