Garage Organization (www.garage-organization.com) is an e-commerce website established to fulfill the increasing demand for garage remodeling, renovation, makeover and improvement products. The founders of Garage Organization have over 15 years of garage remodeling experience and have established franchise locations throughout the United States. In contrary to the already well-established service based garage renovation company, the founders thought it would be a great idea to allow people around the country to be able to have access to the ever-growing variety of products out there today, and decided that a proper e-commerce platform was the way to offer its products to people who are outside of the already established business' service areas. The staff at Garage Organization is avid about garage makeovers, and they truly believe that the garage is one of the untouched secrets that exists in almost every home in America. The site was created to enable customers to have access to the wide variety of products at a very affordable price. Garage Organization really tries hard to bring the best prices on the market to its customers, as the core of the Garage Organization business plan is to carry itself through repeat customers and loyal clientele.Garage Organization would love its customers to participate as an active part, and to make suggestions to improve this website. They cancelled my order

I ordered garage cabinets to my home with a garage. They called me to tell me that they looked up my address and it looked like I didn't have a garage. I confirmed I had a garage. They called back to say that the delivery company didn't think they could deliver the cabinets because I didn't have parking in front of my house. I said in San Francisco they can just stop and take the products out and I'll accept them on the curb. They still said no, so I offered for them to find the closest part of the curb they were comfortable stopping. They called back and said the delivery company wouldn't deliver them. They offered for me to buy a similar product for $1000 more that they thought could be delivered. I said no thank you. So they cancelled my order. NOTE AFTER THEIR RESPONSE: A 26 foot moving truck was parked outside for 4 hours on the day I moved into this house, so them saying that it is "literally impossible" to deliver a single cabinet is literally wrong. I love how they say that I'm in a hilly area as if it is remote. I live on a bus route on a main road. While I live on a hill, the street outside is flat. They are talking like they visited and checked it out, but of course they didn't and are making this stuff up. I don't know what it means to say I'm entitled. I was just telling them that my moving trucks and all delivery trucks since have not had a problem with it. Sounds like they are attacking me as a way of defending themselves. Which really supports my 1 star rating. EVEN LATER NOTE: I’m laughing out loud. Didn’t think this review would get so fun! Just to clear things up, I ordered a different cabinet from a different retailer and it was delivered the following week. Right here on the street in front of my building that is impossible to deliver to LOL.

The customer lives on a very narrow street, on a hill in San Francisco, that a FedEx Freight delivery truck cannot access - FedEx Freight exclusively uses 40 foot and above semi trailers. There are "no parking" and "no standing" signs everywhere including on the side of the customer's condo building, on the road itself, across the street - literally everywhere. The location is also on a major intersection on a corner with a traffic light. Not only can the truck not turn onto this street but the customer's condo building is on a steep decline so it would be impossible for the driver to offload cabinets onto the street due to the surface not being level since the shipment arrives stacked on a pallet which may tip over. We asked the customer if he had an alternative delivery address which is more accessible - he was extremely rude and self entitled as if he didn't know that delivery would be literally impossible at the location where he lives. The customer tried to order the same cabinets with 3 other retailers before ordering with us - they all cancelled his order for the same exact reason. The brand of cabinets the customer purchased uses FedEx Freight exclusively and they DO NOT have box truck delivery services. We offered the customer alternative solutions which he declined - we explained to him that this specific brand of cabinet could not be delivered to his location directly, which is why we also suggested an alternative ship-to address (not on his street which is inaccessible). The customer also spoke to the manufacturer who tried to politely explain to him the same exact thing but the customer refused to listen and understand why his location could not be serviced. The customer refused to assume any liability if anything happened to the shipment at the time of delivery - as previously mentioned - self entitled. If we could post pictures here to showcase the delivery address we would... we also never said that his location was "remote" - just that it is not accessible. He also refuses to address the fact that he placed similar orders with other retailers which also cancelled his order for the same exact reason, so when multiple companies tell you the exact same thing the problem is not with those companies. Per Albert Einstein "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results."
