About Game Assessment Prep
Game Assessment Prep is an online practice platform for the automated assessments that stand between job candidates and their interviews: HireVue game-based assessments, pymetrics (Harver) games, and recorded video interviews. We rebuild the real assessment formats as realistic, timed practice simulations. Our platform covers all 13 HireVue games — including Numerosity, Flashback, Digitspan, Pathfinder, Puzzle Picture, ShapeDance, Singularity, Portrait, PortraitXT, E-Motions, and TeamChat — and the full 12-game pymetrics battery, from Balloons and Towers to Digits, Faces, and Money Exchange. Every simulation mirrors the mechanics and time pressure of the official games, with transparent scoring after every attempt, so candidates learn each format before their one real attempt.Beyond the games, we prepare candidates for the other half of most invitations: the recorded video interview. Our researched question banks cover the actual hiring processes of more than 75 companies — from Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan to BCG, Unilever, and Deloitte — and our mock interview recorder simulates real conditions: 30 seconds of preparation, then the camera rolls, followed by AI scoring and benchmarked feedback. Recordings stay on the candidate's own device. We measure what we claim. Across more than 23,000 practice sessions from over 1,000 candidates, the typical user improves their score by a median of 25% between their first and fifth attempt on our scored games — and our full methodology is published on our site.Right now, the entire platform is free to use — every game, every mock interview, every guide. Create a free account and start practicing.Game Assessment Prep is an independent practice platform. We are not affiliated with HireVue, pymetrics, Harver, or any employer. Our simulations are reconstructions built for practice, designed to make candidates familiar, calm, and prepared — whether applying to banks, consulting firms, tech companies, or graduate programs.
