Great customer service, even from the UK
Great tone with the bass amps (I have MB115ii which I've been taking out to gigs for a couple of years) and also excellent customer service. Even though I'm in the UK, and sending my amp for repair to the US is really out of the question, once you get in touch the information required is very helpful indeed. So a local electrician here was able to adjust a couple of resistors and fix it - I'm delighted and so is he!
