The shakes really have been working for me i workout hard and then about an hour later my muscles don't hurt anymore

I love that I have a protein powder made for me. I did have an issue with it being delivered every 4 weeks since one lasts 14 days, but I was able to reschedule my delivery and now I'm all set. I do like that I can mix and match the flavor boost at no extra cost. I am very happy with the products so far and will continue to use it. If in the future there is a bigger bag that last an actual 4 weeks that would be even better.

It's a great product and very affordable. I have lost a significant amount of weight and also gained some muscle ever since I've used this product. Would highly recommend this for everyone.

This protein does not taste very good, its smooth and the texture is good but i tried both flavours that came with it and neither of them make it taste really good at all. I was also disappointed that they put green tea in my blend when I did not ask for caffeine and the amount of caffeine is not listed on the package. not that impressed for the price and I wish there were more flavor options. When you don't like chocolate the options are super limited for protein powders.
