Hi Caleb, Glad you're loving your protein and pre-workout! The sensation you're mentioning from the pre-workout is normal and due to the beta alanine and it should subside over time as you get used to it. We also recommend cutting back on portion (half a scoop) to reduce that sensation or work out immediately right after you take it to notice it less. Thanks so much for reviewing us 🙌
