I've been using fx replay for about 4-5 months , really bad experience , constant lags on the chart , you need to refresh the site around 3-5 times before it starts working, it really messes up your trading experience and when you actually need it to work , it starts freezing , it's my first time seeing how such a simple software that just displays candles can lag so badly

That being said, you should be having a way better experience in your testing. We'd love to help make your experience better, so I'm going to request more information from you so that we can contact you. Again, I am very sorry for this. I hope we can get in touch and solve any issues you have.
Product is decent, but there are several small bugs. The support instead of providing info on when issues will be solved is providing manual workarounds, which most of the times don't work, and it is super frustrating to make the customer act as the quality assurance team. Take more responsibility to resolve issues on your side asap!! _____________________________________________ Update: After this review team came back with actual real support and looking at their issues and provided a way to address them! Way happier with this style of supporting.

First time writing review for any company fxreply is doing a great great job I am really thankful to them on technical side they have some bugs like after 1 to 2 months it gets so laggy and I have to refresh seems like it has some memory issue, I place session indicator and sometimes it doesn't show either I have to refresh or switch bw timeframes but ignoring this minor issues fxreply is providing great service, I have developed my edge from backtesting a lot and not having to pay a single penny. most of the people know this way and might be fxreply is also aware of that but it is not updating this, as I am from third world country it is seriously a blessing for me thanks fxreply team

I Want to try the 5-day free trial and my visa bank account gets declined all the time. I'm from Philippines btw. Tried to get the 5-day free trial around 1 AM Philippine time.
