Easy to use, flexible, and genuinely improves conversions
We’ve had a really good experience using FunnelKit. It’s very intuitive and easy to use, even with all the features and options available. There’s a lot of flexibility when it comes to customizing funnels and checkout flows, including styling, so on the front end it actually feels like part of your site rather than an awkward extra. It also integrates really well with WooCommerce, WordPress, and Elementor. We have a multisite setup, so some plugins don’t always play nicely together, but we haven’t had any issues with FunnelKit. The automation features are advanced but still easy to use. We noticed an increase in conversions straight away after implementing it in our checkout experience. Their customer support has been really amazing. They give fast responses, are genuinely knowledgeable, and seem to really care whenever we’ve needed assistance. The documentation is also really useful if you’re unsure about anything. We’ve also noticed the frequent updates and ongoing improvements, which you don’t get with a lot of plugins. It's not something you always pay attention to, but it does give some peace of mind knowing the product is actively maintained and constantly improving and evolving alongside everything else. Overall, it’s been a solid all-in-one solution for us and has helped reduce the need for multiple plugins - which can be a headache in itself!
