FunnelKitReviews of funnelkit.com

Support was fast and thorough. The team responded to my problem within hours and provided a personalized video to identify the exact issue on my site and show me the solution. I was able to fix the issue in a couple of minutes by following their video instructions. 10/10

We've been using funnelKit for a few years now and have had great customer support when we have needed it. The team are proactive, with quick turnarounds to our questions.

FunnelKit is an awesome product. Their automation and funnel building platform within WordPress is absolutely awesome. I'm loving it, using it every day, getting leads and sales, and the most important thing is their customer service is out of this world. They're truly one-of-a-kind.

Product review FunnelKit runs the commerce backbone of two WooCommerce businesses for me, and the reason I keep recommending it is simple: the funnel builder and the automation engine are one product, so the customer journey never breaks at the seams. The one-click upsells append to the existing order instead of forcing a second checkout — which means they actually work on a manual-payment store, where most upsell tools just don't. Order bumps move a buyer from "should I buy" to "which one," and the automation side is deep enough that I built a 41-email post-purchase sequence with separate tracks for first-time versus returning buyers, all inside FunnelKit with no external email service. Every time I think I'll need a separate tool for something — review requests, win-back flows, first-party conversion tracking, A/B testing at the funnel-step level — it turns out FunnelKit already ships it. If you'd rather run one well-built system than duct-tape five mediocre ones together, this is the one. Support review I've leaned on FunnelKit support for the genuinely hard problems, not "where's the button" — order-creation hook timing, condition-gate logic on a manual-payment store, a routing bug buried inside a multi-track automation. What stands out is that they diagnose instead of deflecting. When duplicate orders were coming from upsell rejections, Harish didn't hand me a doc link — he found the actual cause (the upsell headline never confirmed the first order had gone through, so people re-ordered) and fixed it, along with a stack of UI issues in the same thread. On a separate ticket, a jump-node bug was stopping one track of my post-purchase sequence from firing; they traced the routing and fixed it, and it's run clean ever since. A product deep enough to do serious work and a support team that can reason about that depth with you is rare. FunnelKit is both.

No matter what question I have, I always receive quick, friendly, and knowledgeable assistance here. Thank you. Keep up the good work.

FunnelKit is a genuinely all-in-one solution — we use it for newsletters, abandoned cart emails, order bumps, one-click upsells, and we've also fine-tuned our checkout with it. It covers a lot of ground and does it well. The support is one of the best I've come across in any SaaS tool. We once needed one-click upsells with Comgate (Czech payment gateway) - Stripe isn't really standard here in the Czech Republic, and even though FunnelKit only supports Stripe and PayPal (for our workflow) for that feature out of the box, the team escalated it to the developers straight away and were genuinely willing to work on it. We ended up not going ahead with that particular project, but that level of support really sticks with you. One thing I'd love to see improved: the automations currently only work with certain popular multilingual plugins like WPML, etc... It would be great to also support Linguise, GTranslate and other automatic translation tools — that would make it much more flexible for multilingual stores with 7 languages. Other than that, the setup is straightforward, the Elementor integration native, and I use FunnelKit across most of my client projects. Highly recommend.

Amazing tool and outstanding support FunnelKit has been a game changer for our WooCommerce store. Since we started using it, we’ve seen a significant increase in revenue, especially thanks to features like order bumps and one-click upsells. It has helped us improve the customer journey and increase the average order value in a very practical way. But what really makes FunnelKit stand out is their support team. Every time we’ve had a question or a technical issue, they’ve been there to help quickly and clearly. They don’t just give generic answers; they actually take the time to understand your setup and your business. Recently, they even shared several specific tips focused on our business model, and that was honestly amazing. It felt like real strategic advice, not just technical support. The plugin is powerful, flexible, and very useful, but the support behind it makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommended.
