Material not helpful
Did not have anything I was looking for. I needed an intake questionaire to help me get information for the sermon part of the service, not demographic information. That is for the funeral directors. This was not at all a helpful resource for Pastors.

We are so sorry that the information was not what you needed. You are correct that the form is designed more for consumers to use when speaking with a funeral director. We don't currently have anything designed for Pastors, but we will certainly consider adding something. We definitely appreciate you taking the time to offer your comments. The Funeralwise Team
